Overview

Over the past few months, we have devoted time and energy in understanding the relationship of a Diocese working in India. We  have tried to understand the way they operate and have defined the various relationship of Diocese.

We have developed and tested successfully a software which contains all the relevant data to the level of people /  member working in various areas.

Target Users

The software is ideally suited for NGO having work at different geographical location. This can be used by Diocese to great advantages. Partial modification to the system can be made to suit particular requirements.

Benefits of using this software are :

• a central place to manage relevant information. i.e.

• location of substations, communities working in such sub station, people (own and others – from outside) working in Diocese, Sub Station and Communities,
• Outside agencies working in the Diocese under the supervision of the Diocese etc. etc.
• A historical data of the people working in different area can also be maintained.

This database is easy to maintain and much easy to circulate as compared to a published directory. Most of the Diocese are currently publishing individual Directory where as CBCI is publishing periodical directory for all the Diocese.

• Fast retrieval of the required data. In the current socio-political situation, it is imperative that data about a location / person is retrieved fast.

• Easy to locate people and place. Easy to know history of person working at different places.
• Relevant Reports. Apart from the complete directory as published in the CBCI Directory, this software is capable of printing Directory to the level of members working in the area and their working history.
• TREE VIEW The Software has a outline tree view of the Society. Each nodes contains information about the sub station, people working in them, to which society they belong, communities working in such society and people under such communities.
